Lepley Hall of Honor Class 2020 announced

Registration now open for the induction ceremony that will take place on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020 at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac.

明升体育-电视直播Athletic Director Steve Waterfield said, "The Hall of Honor class of 2020 includes individuals who excelled not only in athletic competition and but also contributed significantly to the evolution of our athletics department, the university, and surrounding community."

Lepley Hall of Honor Class 2020 announced
This year’s class features 17 former student-athletes and staff, in addition to the George Wibby Award and Oakland Athletics Community Service Award.

Oakland University Athletics revealed the Hollie L. Lepley Hall of Honor class of 2020. This year’s class features 17 former student-athletes and staff, in addition to the George Wibby Award and Oakland Athletics Community Service Award.
 
"It was important for us resume the Hall of Honor induction ceremony and to celebrate individuals who have played important roles in the rich history of Oakland University Athletics," Director of Athletics said. "This past year, numerous alumni told me how much the Hall of Honor meant to them and its important place in athletics department tradition. Celebrating this year’s class will again give us the opportunity to celebrate more of our past Pioneers and Golden Grizzlies." 
 
This year's inductees include:


Keith Benson – Men's Basketball: (2007-11)
Katie (Wolfe) Trolla – Women's Basketball (1998-2003)

Lia (Jones) Palomino - Women's Cross Country (2008-13)
Chad Elliott – Men's Golf (2004-07)

Jeff Wiese - Men's Soccer (2002-05)


Chris Sullivan - Men's Swim and Dive (2002-04, 06)
Tanya Korniyenko - Women's Swim and Dive (2001-04)

Kris Jeffrey – Tennis (1986-89)


Tom Ford – Athletics Trainer (1988-2017)
 
Community Service Award
Nicholas Kristock – Men's Soccer (2009-13), Fleece & Thank You
 
George Wibby Award
Jean Ann Miller – Senior Director, CSA, Office of Student Involvement

This year's induction ceremony will take place on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020 at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac. The event is open to the public and those interested in attending can find more registration information at this
